Here is a PDF document with 16 sketches and pieces of concept art from the 1989 Legend of Zelda cartoon. This PDF document originally came with the October 2005 DVD release of the complete animated series.
In order to view the file, you'll need a program that can read the PDF file format, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, but I believe most computers come with these programs preinstalled on them these days.
